Folk poet Waldo Williams (1904-71) wrote about rural life, pacifism and the brotherhood of all peoples, and is considered one of the most important Welsh poets of the 20th century. This collection sets some of his best poems in Welsh alongside English translations by award-winning poet Menna Elfyn.
