A bilingual booklet about the Pontcysyllte Aqueduct in north Wales, a World Heritage Site. For over two centuries, visitors have been amazed at the stupendous feat of engineering which made Thomas Telford’s vision a reality. Described as a river in the sky, the acqeduct crosses the Dee valley at a height of 37 metres.
