A collection of short poems and fragments from uncompleted longer projects, comprising religious poems and poems reflecting David Jones’ experiences as a soldier in WW1. Not an easy poet, his is a unique voice, and well worth reading, with his incorporation of Welsh and Latin words and lots of learned references a noteable characteristic.
