Description

Ann begins a new chapter in her life in September 1956, moving from rural Pen Llŷn to begin a college course in Bangor. She finds comfortable lodgings in Rhes Brynhyfryd, Upper Bangor – but she soon feels that there is something unusual about her landlady, Mrs Powell. How will Ann’s college experience affect the life of the Reverend Prysor Hughes in 1974?
