Amongst the millions of cars on Britain’s roads, you can be sure that about one in four run on tyres sold by a company from Aberystwyth, Cambrian Tyres. The venture was started by Cledwyn Evans in 1971. By today the turnover has passed tens of millions of pounds per year, and is run by Cledwyn’s two sons and grand-daughter.
