The map of Wales so delicately painted by the Welsh / French / Quebeckan artist Valériane Leblond, is far more than a conventional geographical atlas. The painted characters and creatures and farmhouses are from folk tales, old and new, stories which represent the many meanings of the word ‘chwedlau’. This is a map of conversation.
