Description

The Los Pícaros faction lead the people of San Theodoros in revolt against the country’s brutal regime. Caught in the middle is Tintin, singled out as an enemy spy. As the San Theodoros carnival gets underway, Tintin is sentenced to death – but will the fun of the fiesta offer him a glimmer of hope?
