These wildlife diary entries were originally written for a local newspaper. All are based on observations made within five miles of Llanbedr, situated just inland of the north end of Cardigan Bay, and reflect the author’s deep love of the natural world and the rich variety of that world in the old county of Meirionethshire. C. F. Tunnicliffe’s black-and-white illustrations enrich the text.
