Cofiant ‘SR’ – Stori Cyffrous Samuel Roberts. Llanbryn-mair (1800-1881)

Description

In the Welsh context, there is a wealth of volumes and biographies – in both Welsh and English – concerning key figures in Welsh life. Now, that tradition is joined by a volume on the charismatic minister Samuel Roberts of Llanbryn-mair. S.R. merits a thorough study – not only of the man himself but also of his father, his two brothers, and his contemporaries.
