A handy pocket-size book presenting Dawi Griffiths’s new edition of the work of Eben Fardd (Ebenezer Thomas, 1802-63), the most successful of 19th century bards on the eisteddfodic ‘awdl’. He also composed a number of shorter pieces in both strict and free metre, some of which became well-known. A selection of his diaries is also included.
