📚 Returns
You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To arrange a return, you must first contact us by email at post@siopypethe.cymru.
Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
We will confirm the next steps and provide the appropriate return address.
Please do not return any books without prior agreement.
To be eligible for a return:
- The book must be unused, in its original condition, and suitable for resale.
- Proof of purchase is required.
💸 Refunds
Once we have received and inspected the returned book, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved:
- A refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 working days.
If the book is returned in a damaged or used condition, we reserve the right to decline the refund.
🚚 Return Shipping
- You are responsible for the cost of returning the book, unless the return is due to an error on our part or the item arrived damaged.
- We recommend using a trackable postal service.
